Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Ledgerly – Customer Tracker app (also published as Veresiye Pro in Turkish markets; hereby referred to as "Application") developed by Tayyip GUZEL (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Data We Collect
Account data. When you sign in, we collect your email address and display name via Firebase Authentication (email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In).
Data you enter. The Application stores the customer records, transactions, reminders, and settings you create. This data is saved to your account in Firebase Firestore and is only accessible by you.
Customer location. If you choose to save a map pin for a customer's address, the Application accesses your device location once to place the pin. Location is not tracked in the background and is not used for any purpose other than saving that specific customer's address.
Usage and crash data. Firebase Analytics collects anonymized usage statistics (screens visited, features used). Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports to help us fix bugs. This data does not identify you personally.
Purchase data. RevenueCat processes subscription purchases and provides us with your subscription status. No payment card data passes through our servers.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting
- RevenueCat — Subscription management
- Google Play Services
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us or using the "Delete Account" option in the app. We will delete your data within a reasonable time.
Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
